About
DraftDayPlanner.com delivers frictionless draft-time coordination for fantasy football leagues. It gives commissioners and league members one shared place to enter unavailable times and review the best draft options.
Why It Helps
DraftDayPlanner.com removes the hassle of texting every league manager, chasing replies, and manually comparing schedules. Commissioners can send one link, let league members mark when they are busy, and use the shared calendar to choose a draft time.
Availability is shown in the viewer's local time, so leagues with people in different time zones can still compare the same draft options clearly.
DraftDayPlanner.com is only for scheduling. It does not run fantasy contests, take bets, award prizes, or host paid fantasy games.
The goal is to make the scheduling conversation smaller. Instead of asking every manager to vote in a group chat, the league collects the information that matters most: when each person cannot draft.
How It Works
Here is the basic flow from league setup to draft-time review.
1. Create a league calendar
The commissioner creates the league's shared calendar and gets an invite link for the league.
2. Invite league members
Use the invite link to invite league members to join the shared calendar by entering their team information. No account is required.
3. Set unavailability
Each league member sets their unavailability leading up to draft day. They can adjust weekly default unavailability and individual days as needed.
4. Review the best draft times
Choose the best draft time with a built-in tool that shows when everyone is most available, starting with dates closest to the NFL season.
Commissioners and League Members
The commissioner creates the shared calendar, sends the invite link, reviews the best draft options, and chooses the final draft date/time for the league.
League members use the invite link to enter basic team information and submit unavailable times. They do not need a profile, password, or fantasy-platform login.
